Tanillya Partridge, MSN, APRN, NP-C

Tanillya Partridge, a Roxboro, NC native was born to be a nurse. She has always showed compassion and loves caring for others. Tanillya started out as a Certified Nursing Assistant in 1997 getting her certification from Piedmont Community College. Preceding her certification, she worked for numerous hospitals and long term care facilities providing her patients with the best care possible.

After 10 years of working as a CNA, she decided it was time to go back and further her education. In 2005, Tanillya received her ADN from Vance Granville Community College in Henderson NC. Tanillya then decided she wanted to go even further with her education, thus going to WSSU where she received her BSN in Nursing in 2008 and also in 2012 graduating with her MSN-FNP.

Tanillya has since worked in all types of settings from hospitals, long-term care, correctional facilities, doctor’s offices and other clinic settings. She even volunteers some of her time at a free clinic in Durham, NC. She has a great passion for helping the underserved population receive the best healthcare possible. Deciding to open Across the lifespan PLLC is one of her lifelong dreams, specializing in primary care and mental health. She gives credit to God for all of her accomplishments and accreditations. She honors her faith and God is the head of her life. She knows that with GOD all things are possible and nothing is impossible.

Tanillya also has plans to obtain her PMHNP and DNP starting in the fall. She is married to her husband, Andrew, and they have three sons Johnathan, Andrew, and Aviyon. Tanillya’s pastimes are singing and hanging out with friends and family.

Crystal Robinson, Medical Assitant

Crystal Robinson graduated East Henderson High School in 2002, and then went on to Blue Ridge Community for early childhood development. After receive her early childhood credentials, she realized her passion and desire to server others. She decided that working in nursing home setting would be the best place to follow her heart.

In 2007 while in enrolled at the University of Phoenix working on her health care administration degree Crystal started working in the assisted living industry. She started as a housekeeper, after working all positions in a facility until 2011 when she became executive director of a 26 bed facility.

After living in the Hendersonville NC area for 28 years, she moved to Greensboro NC to take over and run a 92 bed facility. Crystal has been also working as a medical assistant with across the life span since 2015.

Crystal hopes to continue her education in the health care field. She is engaged to her fiancé LJ Darden, and looking forward to starting a family with him. In her past time Crystal loves traveling and spending time with her family.
